Bill Lear

Bill Lear obtained his electrical knowledge and credentials from the renowned Steven’s Institute of Technology located in Hoboken, New Jersey. His career journey began as an electrician holding numerous positions such as journeyman, foreman and project manager in numerous locations across the nation. His work experience includes new construction such as high-rise buildings, high security aerospace projects and power plants.

Mr. Lear ventured into entrepreneurship in the 1980s starting Stingray Electric located in Torrance, CA where he partnered with Albert DeSanto servicing the aerospace and insurance industries.

After the successful sale of Stingray Electric, Mr. Lear continued his entrepreneurial ventures and started Troon Lighting Agency, LLC in late 1990s located in Scottsdale, AZ where he oversees the day-to-day business and providing energy solutions specific to commercial applications.

Bill Lear is a member of the International Brotherhood of Electricians (IBEW), and is also a member of the Fireman’s Benevolent Association in New York.
